'Stourport Divers' is a small friendly SCUBA club based in Stourport in Worcestershire, the club is made up of around 40 members with a wide range of experience. click here to - 'Meet us'
Formed in 1979 the club has now been introducing the local population to the sport of SCUBA diving for over 25 years!

Over the years the club has been very fortunate to obtain a number of grants which coupled with a lot of hard work and fund raising from the members has provided the club with a stock of SCUBA equipment which we lend to new members as they go through their basic training plus we own this beautiful fully equipped 5.5 metre dive boat which we use to dive many locations around the UK coast, see pictures on left,

The main function of the club is to bring together those who enjoy
the sport of SCUBA diving, provide a structured training program and organize dive trips to inland dive sites, the UK coast & abroad,

There is also a very strong social side to the club with evenings out, day trips and dive holidays organised through out the year.

Main benefits of club membership

* Usually 1-2-1 training (much safer than with some schools)
* Free loan of scuba equipment during your basic training
* Both Male & female fully qualified, CRB checked & insured instructors
* Your qualification log book is included in your membership fee
* 12 months dive insurance is included in your membership fee
* 12 months membership of the Sub Aqua Association is also included
* Invites to organized dive trips in the UK & abroad through out the year
* A bunch of buddies to go diving with after you've qualified
* With weekly pool sessions, web chat and events & trips organised through out the year there's a strong social aspect to the club.

Other club benefits

Stourport Divers also offer access to SAA associated courses such as - VHF radio, Power boat handling, navigation, underwater photography, Nitrox, O'2, 1st aid, and instructor development ect. at very low prices.
